By doing so, you provide us the initial and vital information needed to enter you into our system. Your information will be evaluated by several multidisciplinary members of our staff to ensure you are an appropriate candidate to receive care at our endoscopy facility. Related to your health conditions, we may require you to obtain medical clearance from a specialist or we may require a pre-procedure office visit with one of our physicians prior to your procedure.
